In support of our local mission partner, Arab American Learning Center (AALC), VBC is collecting school supplies for Middle Eastern refugee children in the Sacramento area. Supplies go to their Back-to-School Outreach, which hundreds of people attend each year! Here is a complete list of what they need. Donation bins will be available at both campuses in the lobby to collect contributions through August 3rd.

We are also looking for volunteers to help organize and distribute the school supplies to the children during the Back-to-School outreach in Sacramento on August 6th, from 1 - 4 pm. This is an opportunity for us to build relationships with these families. Most importantly, we want to reflect the love of Jesus and be available to answer questions about our faith. (1 Peter 3:15)
