THE BRIDGE TEAM
The Bridge Team offers support in fostering healthy relationships and communication between the church community and the elders and teaching staff at VBC. The Bridge exists to listen to church members and bring all concerns and input to the leadership as needed. The Bridge assists the elders with keeping a pulse on the needs and concerns of our church community. Essentially, we are extra sets of ears, eyes and hearts to care for and discern the needs of the Body.
Contact the Bridge Team if you witness or experience anything that you feel you are unable to bring before a VBC leader, staff, or the elders.
